There are multiple ways to access the Erindale community:
- Pedestrian Key: This will work at both the Wishart Road and Erindale Close pedestrian gates. Please ensure the gate is locked once you enter.
- Fob: You will have access to one or more fobs or swipe cards that will open the vehicle gates. The fob works at both entries.
- Keypad Code: You will notice a keypad at each vehicle entry. There is a ‘code’ available that will open the gates. You will need to ask for this. The keypad code is the same at the two entries.
- Your phone and the Keypad: You can choose a phone number (includes mobile numbers) that can be used to open the gate. Once the number is entered in the system you will be able to let visitors, couriers and perhaps even yourself into the complex by following the instructions on the keypad and using the intercom. When someone calls you from the keypad intercom. The process is the same at both entries.
- Remotes: Not everybody has a remote and they generally only operate at one specified entry. For safety reasons we ask you not to use the remote until you can actually see the gate you are opening.
