There are a few things in motion at the moment. Fence work and painting at the Erindale Close entry. Timber fencing at the entry is being painted to bring it in line with the Wishart Road entry and prolong the life of the fencing. It is a first step in the renewing the landscaping along Erindale Close. You will also notice that the gate to the easement and community garden has been removed. It makes the area at this entry immediately more appealing and is a first step in freshening up this culs-de-sac. Work between the pool and tennis court is stalled at the moment as we await quotes on the optional finishes. We’ll keep you posted on the progress.
At the Wishart Road entry the newly opened area will levelled and be prepared for some planting. The list of works will be updated as the month progresses.
